Change of Information

Born2Read may make changes at any time to information, products, prices or descriptions without notice. All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars and are GST inclusive.

Prices are exclusive of postage and handling costs. Payment can only be accepted in Australian dollars. Payment can be made through this site using Visa or Mastercard.

Postage and Returns

Deliveries can only be made within Australia.

Delivery within Australia will be within 5 to 14 working days of the order and receipt of payment. Born2Read will take all reasonable steps to deliver your order within the delivery time nominated.

However, should delivery delays be experienced due to circumstances beyond our control, Born2Read will not be held accountable.

Returns

If any products supplied by Born2Read are defective, Born2Read will exchange the products and send a replacement or refund your money, on receipt of the faulty products. Defective products must be returned within ten (10) days of purchase.

If for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, we will be happy to replace the item or refund your money less the cost of postage.

Products must be returned within ten (10) days of purchase. Products must also be in their original packaging, undamaged and unused.
